Selection is through the written RNIS Management Aptitude Test (RMAT) to be held at RNIS College of Management & various test centres, followed by GDs & PIs. Candidates with good GMAT/CAT/MAT/ATMA scores will be exempted from RMAT.
The Selection procedure aims at assessing the applicant's potential for a management career and leadership skills, besides taking into account the academic achievements of the applicant. Consequently, a multi-criteria selection model incorporating scholastic achievements, work experienced and performance in the written test, GD & PI is used in selecting the students for the programme. |
