The RCoM, an educational institute of Nandas has a
vast network and business experience. We have
been into these above mentioned areas for far too
long, which we would like to transform into better
placements for our students.
We have a team of dedicated Placement
Professionals taking care of both summer
internship & final placements.
It is our earnest endeavor to do our very best in
assisting each & every one of our students in
finding a job suiting his skill & ability, both native &
acquired, and at a salary & perks commensurate
with his/her qualifications & prowess.
For this a state of continuous liaison is maintained
between the school and industry. The session
would be interspersed with visits by discreetly
chosen industrial tycoons and corporate managers,
securing a well founded rapport between those at
the helm of affairs and those who have the potential
to reach. This interaction is sure to help them in
employment process, enabling at once the potential
employers to observe and assess the employable personnel, and the candidates to gauge their
prospects.
This aspect of the College of Management helping at
placements gets a further flip by another activity of
ours imperative in our curriculum i.e. on - the - job
training.
As a part of their annual project training, some students
were engaged by a private sector software company for the
launch of its higher end software products. They were taken
on an all expenses paid trip around the country to market
these products. The students took this opportunity to
acclimatize themselves with the functioning of the
marketing department and earn handsome stipends and
attractive incentives!
Participants after completion of the programme are

Organizations, Education Industry, Banking, Non-
